Leadership Workshops that change how your team works
We run intensive, practical workshops for managers and emerging leaders across the UK. Each session focuses on a specific skill your team actually needs, from giving difficult feedback to running productive meetings. No theory for theory's sake.
Our workshops range from half-day intensives to three-day residential programmes. Every session is designed around your organisation's context, not a generic slide deck we wheel out for everyone. Here is a look at our core formats.
Half-day skill sprints
Four hours, one skill. We have run these on topics like delegation, conflict resolution, and coaching conversations. Groups of 8 to 14 people work through realistic scenarios drawn from their own workplace. You leave with a written action plan, not just good intentions.
Two-day leadership intensives
This is our most popular format. Day one covers self-awareness and communication; day two moves into team dynamics and decision-making under pressure. We pair lecture-free facilitation with peer coaching triads that continue for six weeks after the workshop ends.
Residential retreats
Three days away from the office at a venue in rural Wales. Senior leadership teams use this time to tackle strategic challenges they never seem to reach during normal working hours. We handle the facilitation; you bring the honesty. Past participants report that this format accelerates trust faster than months of weekly meetings.
Why organisations choose us
Since 2017, we have worked with over 90 organisations ranging from Welsh local authorities to fintech start-ups with 30 employees. A few things set our workshops apart from the rest of the market.
We cap group sizes. A workshop with 40 people is a presentation, not a workshop. Our maximum is 16 participants, and we prefer 10 to 12. That ratio means every person gets direct facilitator feedback during practice exercises.
Our facilitators have managed real teams. Rhian spent eight years leading operations at a logistics company before retraining. Dafydd ran a secondary school's pastoral team. They know what it feels like when a direct report cries in a one-to-one, or when a board member dismisses your proposal in front of the whole room. That lived experience shapes every exercise we design.
We measure outcomes, not smiles. Participant satisfaction scores are easy to inflate with good catering and comfortable chairs. Instead, we track behavioural change: do managers actually hold more regular one-to-ones three months later? Do their teams report clearer communication? In our 2023 follow-up survey, 78% of participants said they had changed at least one management habit that stuck beyond the first month.
What participants say
"I expected two days of PowerPoint. Instead, I spent most of the time practising conversations I had been avoiding for months. The feedback from the facilitator was specific and sometimes uncomfortable, but I needed it."
Gareth P., operations manager, Cardiff
"We sent our entire middle-management layer through the half-day sprint on delegation. Within a fortnight, two of them had restructured how they assign project work. That has freed up roughly six hours a week across the team."
Sioned M., HR director, Swansea
"The residential retreat forced us to have conversations we had been skirting around for a year. Having a neutral facilitator in the room made all the difference. We left with a clearer strategy and fewer unspoken resentments."
Tom H., CEO, Bristol-based SaaS company
